I created this group under the idea that allowing all schools of thought into a collective whole would help promote the idea of philosophic-unity, However there may be a misguided motivation behind that act. While I do not wish to exclude any one from debate, work, or art, I do wish to inform you that being an inclusive group means parties in opposition may be hostile to some of the ideas that are presented. Philosophy is a union of love and wisdom. In supporting this union one must learn to love, and learn to be wise. To be wise with love, and to love wisdom. It is a venerable tradition of both orthodox and avant-garde learning practice. Members of the philosophic community can be found from the Oval Office to the kindergarten classroom. They may be business men conquering empires of finance, and they may be shizophrenic welfare recipients. They may be in jail, they may be in the Vatican. I found the most puzzling question to be: Does the love of wisdom inspire the love of God? I can only hope that it does. Group Stats
